This site is owned and managed by C.D. Jeux using the Shopify Platform. By using this site, you indicate that you have read and understood the conditions of use and that you agree to comply with them at all times.

Sales of goods

All products available on our site are described to the best of our ability. However, we are not legally bound by this information, descriptions or images as we cannot guarantee the accuracy of each product we supply. You agree to purchase these goods at your own risk.

Price and quantities

The prices of our products are subject to change without notice. The quantities indicated on the site are synchronized with the inventory in store. However, a customer may buy a product in store at the same time as you place an online order. In the event that the product ordered is not available, you will be notified by email as soon as possible and the products will also be reimbursed to you as soon as possible.

The prices displayed on the cdjeux.ca site are in Canadian dollars and exclude applicable taxes and shipping costs. Payments must be done in Canadian dollars, and reimbursements are also made in Canadian dollars.

Taxes

Currently C.D. Jeux do not charge taxes on sales. This might change in the future.

Orders

Orders are generally shipped within a maximum period of 5 working days. Customers will be notified during an exceptional situation or when this period cannot be respected.

Out of stock products can also be ordered if they are available from our supplier. To order a product out of stock, contact us by email.

The discounts are only applicable to products that are in stock during the discount period.

Pre-orders

Pre-orders are products that we do not yet have in inventory but that we have ordered from our suppliers. We cannot guarantee that all the pre-orders for the same product can be delivered at the same time. The chronological order of orders will then be used and respected: the customer having placed the first order of a product will be delivered the product first.

In the event that a pre-ordered product is no longer available from our supplier and so we do not receive the products ordered, you will be advised by email and reimbursed, in full, as soon as possible.

The expected arrival dates indicated in the product title are for information only and are subject to change without notice.

We will ship any orders that contain pre-order when the full order is available. If you want to split your order, make sure to do 2 different orders. Shipping cost will be calculated separately for the 2 orders.

Cancellation of a pre-order is possible. In that case, the customer has the choice between a gift card for the total amount of the sale or the refund of the pre-order, with the payment method used, less the transaction fee (2 to 5% of the order value depending of the payment method).

Business Days

A Business day is a day from Monday to Friday that is not an holiday.

Payments

We use Shopify Payments on this site. When you provide us with your payment information, you confirm to us that you have authorized the use of that credit card. By providing us with your payment details, you confirm that you authorize us to charge the amount due to this card.

Market

C.D. Jeux only sell products in Canada.

Indemnity

As such, you hereby indemnify C.D. Jeux from and against any and all liability, costs, causes of action, damages or expenses arising out of or arising out of your use of this site of any of the provisions set out in this document.
